I met my out of town couple and Commissioner Harold McGee at 830am on a weekday morning - I was fortunate to be able to park near the entrance. This is a beautiful memorial garden, located just off Atlantic Avenue and 47th Street. This is a residential area, and really, there is limited parking - maybe bike riding or walk in is best! I shot the couple's wedding photos down at the beach, but I managed to sneak in a few within the memorial area! When you're from out of town, the dream of standing in sand getting married in Virginia Beach is a wonderful vision to come true!
