Rehearsal (a personalized timeline will be prepared for us to follow – 1 hour
duration, usually the day before)
Hourly Consultations
Victoria
Begault and event management team may be retained as your event consultant,
which include but are not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings,
wedding research and reception sites, travel time to and from any and all
appointments and the like. Time will be kept track of in 15 minute intervals.
Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as postage, etc will
be reimbursable to Virginia Beach Wedding Chapel. In addition, we will keep
accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your
behalf. A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your attention at
any time during the planning process. You will also receive an informational
report that will be prepared based on research done on your behalf.
Day of Coordination
We also offer day of coordination for those brides who want to plan their own
wedding, but would like our experienced wedding planner team to step in on the
day of the wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly! Most importantly, so
that the bride, her bridal party and her family can enjoy the day and their most
cherished moments together without the worries! We welcome creating a custom
“day of coordination” package for you! Fees typically start at $1,200.

Need more than day of? Please inquire – full wedding planning and coordination
services start at $2,500 – usually 6 to 12 months before the wedding.
