Hourly Rate Coordination

For an hourly rate, let us do the work for you! Perhaps you don't need a full coordination package, but just some basic guidance from your wedding specialists at the Virginia Beach Wedding Chapel.

We can research venues for you based on your budget and number of guests, contact vendors on your behalf, reception decorating, and so much more!

Ceremony Director

• Custom Prepared Timeline including arrival times, arrangement of bridal party and any family members to be escorted, ceremony lay out (you can use this to conduct your own rehearsal, if desired)

• Assist with distributing or pinning on all corsages, boutonnieres, and bouquets

• Direction of your guests to your ceremony site

• Arrangement of bridal party and any family members to be escorted

• Coordinate and direct wedding ceremony, including processional of attendants, bride, and recessional

Wedding Rehearsal Package

• Wedding Rehearsal at ceremony location day before wedding *Date subject to availability

• Staff to coordinate your rehearsal and wedding ceremony

• Mock Ceremony Site Set-Up *if applicable

• Custom Prepared Timeline including arrival times, arrangement of bridal party and any family members to be escorted, ceremony lay out

• Includes Ceremony Director to coordinate and direct ceremony on wedding day

• Music Coordination timing *If applicable

• Rehearsals typically last 1 hour
